Duties include but are not limited to:
Serves on meal tray lines; assembles and portions appropriate food items; transports food and trays to designated areas and retrieves them. Delivers bulk and individual nourishments to the wards. Assembles sack meal and pre-packaged nourishments. Performs simple and routine food preparation tasks; Operates specified powered equipment, after being trained; Assists with receiving and storage of food items and other supplies; Uses the Microsoft applications, Computrition and VATAS programs on the computer and others as assigned; Performs all cleaning tasks in the various assigned work areas as washing and storing dishes, silverware, trays and all types of cooking utensils; Operates various kitchen machines such as pot and pan and dish washing machines, trash compactor; garbage disposal, vacuum cleaner, floor scrubber and polisher machines, etc; Scrubs and sterilizes the heavier cooking utensils such as pots, pans, mixing bowls and other related cooking and baking equipment; Performs heavy duty cleaning tasks i.e. cleaning ceilings, washing floors with floor scrubber; Sweeps, mops, and maintains works areas as well as all fixed or mobile equipment in an orderly and sanitary condition; Follows all sanitation and safety rules and regulations as they pertain to the Nutrition & Food Section; Breaks down corrugated cardboard boxes and disposes of in proper containers. Experience:
A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position. Evidence which demonstrates you possess the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of this position must be supported by detailed descriptions of such on your resume. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
A physical examination may be required. The work requires frequent lifting objects weighing up to 30 lbs., moving loaded dish lowerators and tray conveyors (approx. 535 lbs.) to and from patient areas, constantly standing and walking, stooping and mopping floors. The position requires performance of work which involves light physical effort, such as that involved in using vacuum cleaners and dry mops; continually standing, bending, stooping and reaching; frequently lifting and emptying wastebaskets; frequently pushing carts loaded with waste; and lifting and carrying items weighing up to 20 pounds. Also performs work which involves moderate to heavy physical effort, such as required to move heavy equipment and furniture, i.e., heavy industrial vacuum cleaners, heavy duty floor scrubbers and buffers, couches, beds, etc., and lifting, carrying and/or moving items weighing up to 40-50 pounds.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
