Kraft Foods is currently seeking candidates wanting to work in a team environment in the Columbia operation.
Under the Direction of the Technical Services Supervisor and Business Unit Leader/Operations Supervisor, the Line Technician is responsible for the safe operation of the line in the most cost effective way possible.
He/she will take a proactive approach to daily, weekly and periodic maintenance, recommend process improvements to ensure maximum uptime and product quality.
Also assists in training and evaluation of operations technicians and supports open communication to enhance employee relations.
Pass Mechanical Test
History for good safety and work performance
Good teamwork, communication and interaction skills
Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to read manuals, diagrams and blueprints
Work holidays, shutdowns and overtime as required
Preferred
Qualifications:
Welding
Fabrication
Leadership experience
Minimum 1 year production (food processing) experience
Knowledge of food processing and packaging equipment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
