The purpose of this position is to assess provider performance, identify gaps in best practice and recommend improvement methods to improve patient care processes and quality outcomes. 75% Assesses gaps in health care provider performance and recommends improvement methods and processes to providers and practitioners. Assists in the implementation of the methods and processes. 20% Partners with team members and internal/external customers as necessary, to determine and evaluate methods to encourage participation in the quality initiatives. May include research of interventions, data analysis, formal and informal education or presentations. 5% Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience; 5
years experience in Wellness, preventive health, health care quality improvement and/or clinical/medical; Experience in specific areas as needed/designated by the contract or project; Current and valid RN, LPN; Functional PC knowledge; significant experience in focus area of project(s). Positions working on specific contracts may require U.S. Citizenship. 60% local or overnight travel. Experience with quality improvement initiatives preferred. Experience with project management or case review preferred. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
