Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals through outside sales and managing existing customer relationships. Contributes to the profitability and growth of Community Banking by building, developing, and managing new and expanded client relationships with small business customers. Sources prospects and develops new customer relationships by selling appropriate bank products and
services
to those prospects and clients and identifying and successfully capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and making appropriate referrals. Manages loan and portfolio credit quality. Partners with branch personnel and management team within defined market to prospect appropriate customer base. Approximately 65-70% of the Business Banking Relationship

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of experience in relationship management banking
Preferred Skills/Experience
Excellent relationship management and business development/sales skills
Considerable knowledge of credit and credit quality
Considerable knowledge of banking industry and bank products and services
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated understanding of complex financial accounting and analysis

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
