A well-known and reputable ag operation is actively seeking an experienced Custom Applicator for a prominent crop producer in SOUTH DAKOTA. We are open to training the right farm equipment operator who is eager to learn and grow within the role.

Custom Applicator
Responsibilities:


  • Safely operate new to late model equipment combines, sprayers, tractors, and other heavy equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
  • Haul grain and chemicals with semi
  • Assist with day-to-day operations

Custom Applicator
Qualifications:


  • 1 years of experience operating Ag equipment
  • Prior experience operating spray rig
  • Strong mechanical skills
  • Class A CDL preferred
  • Custom Applicators license preferred
  • Clean Driving Record

  • They cover 65% of health.

  • $15 copay
  • Pension plan- employee contributes 3% Coop contributes 10%
  • PTO 1st year- 1 week
  • 2nd year- 2 weeks
  • After 10 years, they get 3 weeks.

Applicators get an acre bonus of 50cents- Just started rolling this out.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
