Direct Support Professional - Addiction Recovery
Due to rapid expansion in all of our clinics, we are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus.

Compass Health Network has a great opportunity for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our inpatient/ outpatient substance use treatment facility.
Individuals within this role will oversee clients' safety and well-being, using Compass Champion Behavior.
These individuals must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
This position is Full-time, benefit eligible and scheduled for the night shift.
Responsibilities include:
Engage clients in group education to assist with recovery process Valid unrestricted driver's license is required.
The DSP will transport client as clinically indicated Monitor clients as they self-administer medication Collect and process Urine Drug Screenings Respond accordingly to a crisis situation as they arise High School diploma/GED Preferred A valid unrestricted driver's license at the time of hire with the ability to obtain and maintain a class E MO driver's licensed by the end of 60-day introductory period required Compass Health Network is a nonprofit health care organization offering accessible, comprehensive, & compassionate behavioral health, substance use treatment, family medicine and dental services throughout Missouri.
Our network of care includes Royal Oaks Hospital and Adapt of Missouri.
