Manager, Media Strategy Analyst

Open position in all True Media office locations including Kansas City, MO, Columbia, MO, St.
Louis MO, and Minneapolis, MN; Hybrid work schedule:
in office/remote.
We are looking to hire for this role at the beginning of 2024 True Media is looking for a detail oriented manager in Media Strategy Analyst.
You will be responsible for deeply understanding paid media performance and identifying key insights to improve efficiency and incrementally.
A key point of collaboration will be defining and tracking success metrics and building experimentation and measurement plans with our planning teams to increase the understanding of paid media performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned) As a member of the Client Strategy team you will help develop measurement strategies and analytics solutions to provide systematic evaluation of marketing program performance across all media channels Oversee development of custom performance reporting and analyses across multiple channels for key clients Aggregate data across platforms and sources to assemble a complete campaign view and forecast media KPIs and report progress against goals.
You will use data to help answer what and why performance questions by analyzing data across a variety of channels and delivering insights to help our partners understand the impact of marketing decisions When working in collaboration with sister agencies, you'll be the bridge between the True Media client teams and key stakeholders.
Create test and learn agendas and utilize learnings to extrapolate and forecast results in an ongoing basis Conduct analytical assessment of campaign performance, isolating key drivers of success aligned to business goals as well as establishing and tracking campaign performance KPIs, and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Develops, writes, and presents strategic recommendations that directly address clients' toughest questions Participates in brainstorming sessions that identify new opportunities for clients Work effectively across teams to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
