Position Information:
Boone County Family Resources is seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing and Outreach Specialist to join the Marketing team to develop communication strategies and tactics to increase the public's understanding of people with developmental disabilities.
Key
Responsibilities:
Produce content for social media, newsletters, videos, signage, internal communications, intranet and external website.
Monitor website and social media analytics Coordinate, promote, and attend events Partner with Human Resources to communicate information to staff and promote job openings Manage multiple projects, provide strategic support and technical assistance Ability to promote and contribute to an equitable and inclusive organizational culture and environment Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or equivalent practical experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud Preferred
