Responsibilities:
Direct, motivate, and manage all subordinates and staff to achieve plant performance goals, while enforcing company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement and execute on the yearly strategic plan to include revenue/profit budgets, key operational metrics and safety goals.
Ensure positive weekly communication and training is given to teammates and staff and create a productive, safe work environment for all employees.
Prepare weekly touch updates, and monthly report outs and present to Office of CEO to ensure communication.
Ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewals by meeting fill rates and delivery time schedules.
Partner with colleague General Managers on support when plants need backup resources and assistance.
Uphold and communicate the company's values.
PLANT GENERAL MANAGER REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Daily overview of all plant and office area functions Direct report oversight of Plant Manager, Transportation Manager, Engineering Manager, Customer Service Manager & Teams.
Indirect reporting to include plant Human Resources.
Partner with Corporate Support Services to ensure the organization executes on standardized infrastructure, best practices and policies to create a united but autonomous model to include (Safety, Engineering, Transportation, Production, Customer Sales/Service, Marketing, Finance & IT) Renewal of all service contracts that ensure revenue and profit growth Develop accountability reports and mechanisms that drive growth and key initiatives Holding employee/plant meetings to communicate company direction, policies, and recognitions Regular customer meetings to review QBRs and service recovery Participate in recruiting, training and retention of employees Partner with corporate support services to solve daily issues and implement corporate models and programs Ensure enforcement of all company policy, procedures and programs per handbook Oversight of progressive discipline and terminations (including all documentation) Learn and manage local ABS (billing) system, GLSS and technology infrastructure Regular presentations and collaboration with CEO to ensure Realtime communications on the business Learn and master all financial reports (P&L), reports and all other reports to manage and direct the facility PLANT GENERAL MANAGER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a High School Graduate however prefer B.

Previous experience with Commercial Laundry/Linens Facilities HIGHLY PREFERRED Seeking 5-7 plus years of related production experience Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Possess computer skills in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook Review and approve Paychex entries as well as employee PTO policies Recommended Skills Accounting Billing Conflict Resolution Customer Satisfaction Customer Service Engineering Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
