M&M is seeking a motivated and passionate General Manager to join the Freddy's team.
Within the GM position you will enable top efficiency, mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors and manage the technical operations of Freddy's alongside the District Manager.
ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Support the training of new Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, Hot Line, Cold Line team members Work with team members to create schedules that support both Freddy's and the team member personally Review sales volumes and inventory to ensure proper food order placement with vendors Maintain a positive and encouraging work environment Provide growth opportunity through performance reviews, identifying opportunities and setting goals for your team Provide accurate and detailed financial records to include cash management, food cost, labor tracking and all internal controls for store management Provide and communicate safety expectations for team members and guests Advocate and assist guests requiring additional assistance using professional communication skills verbally and in written form Innovate ways to build and support the sales growth of your location Participate and engage team members in community events Perform other position duties when requested SUCCESS FACTORS:

Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential duties Must be able to lift up to 40lbs during the course of a workday Reasonable accommodations will be made to those requiring certain assistance EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred High School graduate or equivalent required 3
years' experience as an Assistant Manager preferred 2
years' experience as a Shift Supervisor preferred Recommended Skills Adaptability Cash Management Communication Google Drive Innovation Internal Controls Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
