Essential Functions:
Responsible for the profitability of the facility.
Establish plans, budgets, and measure results.
Implement corporate strategic plans in the facility.
Communicate values, strategies, and objectives.
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members.
Monitor efficiency in the plant, working with the production, maintenance, and transportation teams to ensure that the product flows through the plant in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Enforce quality service in the plant, working with the production team to ensure that customers receive quality product at each delivery.
Oversee the delivery of product, providing quality and timely service to our customers.
Responsible for day-to-day activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
Enforce ethical business practices.
Respond to all safety concerns quickly and implement solutions to prevent accidents, incidents, and injuries.
Assist staff to grow and develop within the organization.
Oversee facility budget, expenses and revenue, invoicing, plant operations, customer relations, employee relations, maintenance of safety and health at the facility.
Travel throughout the business day to customer sites, approx.
20%.
Some overnight travel is expectedes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as an assistant manager or general manager in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff members, and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and industry standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Management Skills- Ability to organize and direct oneself and effectively train others.
Accountability- Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and create plans to maintain high efficiency levels while achieving financial goal.
4 or more years of experience and/or BS education in business, finance, or related field.
4 or more years of experience running a production facility.
Exceptional commitment to customer service.
Strong leadership and management skills, including effective relationship building.
Must exhibit a high degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
