Under the general direction of a Manager of Information Services, is responsible for implementation, troubleshooting and installation of personal computers, processing platforms and related equipment comprising the small system and network environments in the home office, branch offices and agent offices. Maintain thorough technical knowledge of personal computer hardware, software and related equipment. Provides technical assistance to users in installing and configuring equipment and software. Implements needed upgrades.
Requirements:
2-4 years data processing experience with concentration in small systems technology and methodology. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Ability to travel to agent and branch offices for PC hardware and software support may be required.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
