Veterans United is seeking a Data Auditor to join the Audit Department. As the Data Auditor, you are responsible for validating loan data accuracy, and consistency is achieved in system fields of records for reporting integrity and compliance. This position will not be originating loans.
Responsibilities:
Validate loan level and field level data for accuracy and consistency.
Prepare reports (detailed and summary) for internal and external use, including various regulatory agencies.
Produce data and reports for investor and/or agency audits.
Find data inconsistencies and develop solutions.
Necessary Skills :
High attention to detail.
Dedicated work ethic.
Ability to multitask.
Exemplary customer service skills.
Excel in fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Thrive in a highly cooperative work setting.
Job Requirements:
Advanced knowledge in databases and Excel.
Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
